The Lifetime Warranty offered by Campio Furniture Limited shall cover the following conditions for products under the Legacy Leather Motion Brand
CAMPIO FURNITURE LIMITED WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE WITH EQUIVALENT MATERIALS (IF IDENTICAL GOODS ARE NOT AVAILABLE) ANY DEFECTIVE MATERIAL USED IN THE COMPANY’S PRODUCT. WHERE THE DEFECT RESULTS FROM:
1. ONE YEAR ON GENUINE TOP GRAIN LEATHER COVERS:
PEELING -The finish will not peel from the leather.
CRACKING -The leather will resist cracking under normal use.
TEARING -The leather will resist tearing under normal use
TACKINESS -The leather will not become tacky or sticky.
2. ONE YEAR ON UPHOLSTERY FABRICS
CAMPIO FURNITURE LIMITED CAMPIO FURNITURE LIMITED warrants upholstery fabrics for one (1) year against seam slippage, dye transfer and fraying, only if industry standard cleaning methods have been adhered to. This warranty does not cover wearing, wrinkling, fading, nap loss, pilling or fabric that has been treated by a dealer, retailer or end consumer.
3. FRAME CONSTRUCTION
Frames are constructed from select hardwood lumbers, all of which have been carefully dried, milled and processed to remove defects which could cause structural weakness. All corners and structured stress points are reinforced with corner blocks which are firmly glued in place. CAMPIO FURNITURE LIMITED warrants its frame against defects in material and workmanship for five (5) years under normal use.
This warranty does not cover any gaps in the framework. The variance allows for flexibilty of moving parts and ease of operation and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
4. LIFETIME CUSHION CONSTRUCTION
CAMPIO FURNITURE LIMITED warrants all cushions against loss of foam resiliency for the life of the product. Your foam will conform to its user with use and aging. Do not confuse normal softening and flattening that occurs in all foam with actual loss of foam resiliency. Only the later is covered by this warranty.
5. MOTION MECHANISM
CAMPIO FURNITURE LIMITED warrants the reclining mechanism against manufacturing and material defects for three (3) years. The reclining mechanisms are designed for residential use only and are rated to support a weight of up to 300 lbs.
Any squeaking, clicking or similar noises either from the metal mechanism or wood frame are normal and are not covered under the warranty
6. ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS
CAMPIO FURNITURE LIMITED warrants all motion and sleeper mechanisms against defective material or workmanship for one (1) year under normal use. Innerspring sleeper mattresses are warranted to be free of defects for one (1) year under normal use.
7. BATTERY PACK (Optional)
CAMPIO FURNITURE LIMITED warrants the optional battery pack in the motion furniture to be free from manufacturer’s defects for one (1) year. The use of any third party batteries will nullify the warranty.
8. SAFETY
Use extreme caution when operating the moving mechanisms and electrical components
Ensure there are no obstructions or impediments prior to operating any moving parts
Never leave the reclining mechanisms in an open position when not in use
Do not allow children to play on motion furniture or to operate the mechanism
Do not stand on seats and do not sit on top of arms or back rests
Do not lean forward or climb out of the motion piece if the mechanism is not in the closed position
Do not place heavy objects on top of the motion products
Do not exceed 300 lbs on the motion mechanisms
WARRANTY SERVICE
This warranty shall extend only to the original purchaser for the lifetime of that individual. This warranty cannot be transferred. This warranty shall extend only to furniture used in the purchaser’s home. Corporation or contract purchases, or any use of the furniture for the general public is not covered by this warranty. This warranty must be filed with the factory within 30 days from date of purchase and authorized by the selling dealer.
Claims are to be made through an authorized CAMPIO FURNITURE LIMITED dealer. CAMPIO FURNITURE LIMITED’S obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing at Campio Furniture Limited option any part or parts of the product found to be defective in material or workmanship.
CAMPIO FURNITURE LIMITED in its sole discretion will determine the cause and nature of any defect, the necessity and manner of repair or replacement, and all other matters pertaining to the conditions of the furniture.
If it should become necessary to return the product to the factory for repairs, the cost of packing, brokerage and shipping to and from the factory are not covered by this warranty
Evidence of original ownership such as sales invoice or other documents of purchase will be required.
EXCLUSIONS
This warranty shall not apply to any conditions or defects resulting from commercial usage, negligence, misuse, alterations, fire, accidents, improper cleaning, contact with sharp or rough objects, or contact with any foreign substance. Claims due to cuts, bumps or pet damage are excluded. This warranty does not cover fading due to exposure to the sun.
CAMPIO FURNITURE LIMITED makes no other express warranties, any implied warranties, including warranties as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nor shall CAMPIO FURNITURE LIMITED have any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the breach of this warranty, including but not limited to inconvenience, rental or purchase of replacement products, loss of the profits or commercial loss.
Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages: therefore, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state or province to province.
